Wang Shouxun
Wang Shouxun (1865-1936) was named ren'an, not Ruan Nan. Tianjin people. In 1898, he was a Jinshi in the 1898 movement of Emperor Guangxu. He was appointed the head of Shanxi Department of the Ministry of punishment. The patrol department was established in 1905. He was appointed as a member of the Department of police and justice. In 1906, the patrol department was changed into the Ministry of civil affairs. He served as the Chief Secretary of the police, the chief executive and the chief executive. In 1910, he took up the post of Henan patrol police.
