Wang Weihan
Wang Weihan, born in August 1938 in Shaoxing, Zhejiang Province, is a research fellow. He graduated from Nanjing aviation department in 1961. After graduation, he remained as a teaching assistant. In 1963, he was transferred to the first Research Institute of the air force as a technician and professional team leader. In 1970, he was transferred to Shanghai Aircraft Research Institute as a professional team leader, research director and deputy chief designer.
Main achievements: over the past 30 years, he has successively participated in the modification design of power plant and ordnance equipment of China's air force tu-4, J-5, J-6, J-7 aircraft, completed the strength calculation task he undertook; participated in the design investigation, all static test and first flight of China's first self-developed fighter-j-8 aircraft; participated in the structural mapping design of yun-8 aircraft; participated in the design of the first flight of China's first self-developed fighter-j-8 aircraft China's first self-developed large jetliner - yun-10 aircraft development process, presided over its overall, aerodynamic design and flight test, lasted 14.5 years; participated in and completed the Yun-12 aircraft type certification; presided over the Sino US cooperative production MD-82 aircraft project engineering department; presided over the trunk aircraft test aircraft airworthiness, flight test, flight simulator design; participated in MD-90 trunk aircraft project The purpose is to carry out the work of production site headquarters. He has published more than 30 papers in various domestic journals, CO edited ccar-25, edited MD-82 aircraft design and analysis, CAAC airworthiness requirements and engineering flight test guide for transport aircraft. In 1992, he was appointed as a part-time professor by Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics.
