Male, Han nationality, CPC member, born in December 1941 in Fushun City, Liaoning Province. Associate researcher. In 1962, he studied in the Junior College Department of Liaoning Xiongyue agricultural college.

He graduated from the Department of agronomy of Shenyang Agricultural University in 1967. In August 1962, he worked in Fengcheng Agricultural Science Institute of Liaoning Province, engaged in soybean breeding research. He once served as the leader of the oil research group of the Institute of Agricultural Sciences, the deputy director, executive deputy director and director of the Soybean Research Office, and the director of the Soybean Research Institute of Dandong agricultural science team. At present, he is the project host of Soybean Institute of Dandong Academy of Agricultural Sciences, member of Academic Committee of Dandong Academy of Agricultural Sciences, deputy leader of seed science group of Dandong agricultural society, etc. He participated in the breeding of "Dandou No.1" to "Dandou No.6", "fengyuanjiao No.2", "fengyuanjiao No.4" and long inflorescence soybean "Fengjiao 66-12". Presided over the breeding of "Dandou 7" to "Dandou 9". In addition, soybean was successfully hybridized with Yundou and cowpea. Among them, "Dandou 2", "Dandou 3", "Danke 4", "Dandou 5" and "Dandou 8" won provincial and municipal awards respectively. Fengjiao 66-12 won the National Invention Award. The development of "Dandou No.5", "Dandou No.7" and other soybeans, the total planting area reached more than 30 million mu, creating more than 1 billion yuan of social and economic benefits. He has been rated as advanced worker of institute level for many times, and has been awarded outstanding contribution personnel of city level. He cooperated with others to publish 4 papers, and wrote and published papers such as "problems and Countermeasures of soybean production in Dandong", "suggestions on soybean seed breeding, propagation and marketing management", "breeding report of new soybean variety Dandou 7", "review and Prospect of soybean breeding in Dandong", etc. Its achievements have been included in the dictionary of contemporary Chinese fadaojia.
