Zhang Liqun
Zhang Liqun, male, Han nationality, born in December 1969 in Inner Mongolia, CPC member, doctor of engineering, professor and doctoral supervisor, won the national fund for Distinguished Youth in 2007, the first batch of national "ten thousand talents plan" in 2012 and the chief scientist of national 973 project in 2013.
