Ren Hao
Ren Hao, male, Han nationality, born in December 1956 in Laiwu, Shandong Province, is a research fellow of engineering technology application. He graduated from Beijing Institute of iron and steel in February 1982 and joined the Communist Party of China in December 1985. He was the chairman and Secretary of the Party committee of Shandong Iron and Steel Group Co., Ltd. He is now deputy director of the Economic Committee of the Shandong Provincial Committee of the CPPCC.
Personal experience
From June 1974 to February 1978, he was a private teacher;
From February 1978 to February 1982, he was a student of Beijing Institute of iron and steel;
From February 1982 to July 1985, he was the technical cadre of special steel plant of Laiwu steel;
From July 1985 to May 1993, he was deputy director and director of intermediate rolling workshop of special steel plant of Laigang;
From May 1993 to October 1996, deputy director of special steel plant of Laiwu Iron and Steel Co., Ltd;
From October 1996 to November 1999, he was the director of special steel plant of Laiwu steel;
From November 1999 to September 2000, he served as the director and Deputy Secretary of the Party committee of Laigang Special steel plant;
From September 2000 to March 2006, deputy general manager and chief engineer of Laiwu Iron and Steel Group Co., Ltd;
From March 2006 to May 2006, general manager of Laigang Co., Ltd;
From May 2006 to February 2008, director of Laigang Co., Ltd;
In February 2008, he was the general manager, director and Deputy Secretary of the Party committee of Shandong Iron and Steel Group Co., Ltd.
(from March 2010 to February 2012, concurrently chairman of Laiwu Iron and Steel Group Co., Ltd.)
From March 2013 to March 2015, he served as chairman and Secretary of the Party committee of Shandong Iron and Steel Group Co., Ltd., chairman of Shandong Iron and Steel Co., Ltd., and general manager of Shandong Metallurgical Industry Corporation.
From April 2015 to now, the chairman and Secretary of the Party committee of Shandong Iron and Steel Group Co., Ltd. no longer serves as the chairman of Shandong Iron and Steel Co., Ltd.
In December 2015, Ren Hao was removed from the post of chairman and director of Shandong Iron and Steel Group Co., Ltd.
On April 9, 2015, Shandong Iron and Steel Co., Ltd. held the 27th meeting of the Fourth Board of directors. Due to the expiration of the term of the Fourth Board of directors, a new member of the board of directors of the company was nominated. Ren Hao, the current chairman of the board of directors, is not in the list of members of the new board of directors and will step down as the chairman of the board of directors of Shandong Iron and Steel Co., Ltd.

In January 2016, he served as deputy director of Economic Committee of Shandong Provincial Committee of CPPCC.
