Jiang Hong, male, Han nationality, from Chengde, Hebei Province, was born in August 1965.

At present, he is director of interventional diagnosis and treatment department of General Hospital of Shenyang Military Region, doctor of medicine, deputy chief physician, and master's supervisor of Liaoning Medical College. At present, he is a member of Standing Committee of Chinese branch of world society of pain physicians; a member of interventional medicine branch of Liaoning Medical Association; a member of vascular surgery branch of Liaoning Medical Association; a young and middle-aged member of vascular and tissue engineering professional committee of Engineering Branch of Chinese Medical Association; a visiting scholar of Medical School of Leipzig University in Germany, and a winner of the second Shenyang excellent doctor award. take the lead in developing endovascular treatment technology for ischemic cerebrovascular disease and lower extremity arteriovenous occlusive disease in Northeast China. The first case of percutaneous plaque resection in China was completed. He is the first to develop intravascular ultrasound ablation technology in Northeast China, and published the first paper on artery application in China. The first retrievable vena cava filter was successfully developed and applied in clinic. In the northeast region, it was the first to apply cervical discectomy combined with radiofrequency thermocoagulation in the treatment of cervical disc herniation. It was the first to create selective discectomy to improve the total discectomy. In 2007, the first international pain academic conference in northeast region was held to promote the application. He won one provincial first prize for scientific and technological progress and two third prizes for military medical achievements. To undertake one national scientific and technological research project in the ninth five year plan and the tenth five year plan, and one provincial natural science fund project.
