Liu Xiaomeng

Liu Xiaomeng graduated from industrial art design major of Qiqihar Institute of light industry in 1992, from traditional Chinese painting major of Art Education Department of Art College of Harbin Normal University in 1998, and from master's degree course of traditional Chinese painting major of Central Academy of Fine Arts in 2003. His works have participated in provincial and national art exhibitions for many times and won prizes.

He is now a member of Heilongjiang Artists Association and works in Heilongjiang art museum.
