Kim Ching Luk, born in Hong Kong on February 11, 1967, is a director and screenwriter in Hong Kong, China.

Character controversy

In July 2017, Lu Jianqing was accused of concealing his position as a director of two companies and holding half of the shares of one company when reporting information in accordance with the public housing subsidy policy in Hong Kong. He was sued by the housing department. Finally, Lu pleaded guilty and was fined HK $3000 (about RMB 2611). Lu Jianqing pleaded guilty to a crime of knowingly making a false statement. His lawyer pointed out that he committed the crime for the first time and paid off the rent difference afterwards. He also pointed out that the two companies involved in the case were opened by the defendant for business, and they made "mistakes" unintentionally when filling in the form.
