Zhang Zhongying, named Boyong, is a native of wubenli, Baoji County, Shaanxi Province. In the ninth year of the reign of Emperor Qianlong. He is good at reading poems and books when he is young, but he is good at reading books when he is old. He used to be the head of Jifeng and Chiyang academies. He created a new way for his writing and did not use the idioms. He is the author of Ting Shan Ji. In 1785, he participated in the compilation of Baoji County annals.
