The structural balance of the board of directors system is like a beautiful vase in front of the authority of entrepreneurs. the board system in family business is a typical "feudal monarchy". The board of directors in such enterprises is like the ears of the deaf, belonging to furnishings. Its existence is only to meet the requirements of the law, and its only value is to serve as the "democratic mask" of the enterprise monarch. The board of directors of "constitutional monarchy" is specially prepared for those entrepreneurs who are tired of dictatorship. Although such enterprises have the ideal of "Republic", they are not ready to give up power. They belong to "democratic speculators". All their efforts are just to consolidate the power of their families and serve their "surnames". a good enterprise internal system can make up for the defects of many entrepreneurs, ease their mania, restrain their fantasy and impulse, limit their arbitrariness and punish their mistakes. However, this breakthrough in internal management requires entrepreneurs to give up their infatuation with "rule of man".
