Liu Jianghai

Liu Jianghai, male, Han nationality, born in Qianjiang, Hubei Province, was born in May 1970. He joined the party in July 1987 and obtained a master's degree in public administration in June 1996.

He is now the party secretary and chairman of Hubei Salt Group Co., Ltd.

Main experience

From July 1987 to August 1990, teacher of Tuokou junior middle school, Longwan town, Qianjiang City;

From August 1990 to July 1992, he studied in the Chinese Department of Jingzhou Institute of Education (now Changjiang University);

1992.07-1995.02 Qianjiang No.1 Vocational high school teacher;

1995.02-1996.03 Qianjiang City Education Commission clerk;

From March 1996 to March 2006, he worked in the office of Qianjiang municipal government. He was Deputy Secretary of the Youth League Committee, member of the Standing Committee of the Youth League Municipal Committee, deputy director of the Legislative Affairs Office of the municipal government, and chief of the first section of the Secretary of the municipal government office. Since April 2004, he has been a member of the Party committee of the comprehensive port and deputy director of the Research Office of Qianjiang municipal government (vacant director), and presided over the daily work of the research office;

March 2006 to September 2006: Deputy Secretary of the Party committee and executive deputy mayor of ZhangJin town (ZhangJin Economic Development Zone) of Qianjiang City;

2006.09-2011.08 party secretary and mayor of gaoshibei Town, Qianjiang City;

2011.08-2011.10 Secretary of the Party committee of Qianjiang landscape office, director of the National People's Congress liaison office, deputy secretary of the working committee and deputy director of the Management Committee of the national spark technology intensive area of landscape architecture;

On the morning of March 18, 2019, Hubei Salt Group Co., Ltd. held a cadre meeting to announce the decision of the SASAC Party committee of the provincial government on the appointment and removal of the main person in charge of Hubei salt industry.
