Chen Yulu

Chen Yulu, male, Han nationality, born in Chenghai, Guangdong Province (now Shantou City), was born in Gaocheng, Hebei Province in November 1966. He joined the Communist Party of China in November 1984 and began to work in January 1989. He graduated from Renmin University of China with a master's degree and a doctorate in economics.

He is now deputy director of the Economic Committee of the 13th CPPCC National Committee and vice president of the people's Bank of China.
