Early experience
Hua Kun was born in Jinan City, Shandong Province. He studied in the performance Department of the Central Academy of drama at the University of China. He was in the same class with Zhang Xinyi. During his schooling, he not only went to Shanghai Academy of drama and Nanjing Academy of art for exchange performances, but also went to Poland to participate in the "Third International Drama Festival for college students". After graduating from University, Hua Kun became an actor in China children's Art Theater.
Acting experience
In 2005, he starred in the revolutionary war drama "red memory" directed by Shu Chongfu, in which he played Xiao'er ziye Zhiwen, the heroine Fang Yulan. This was his first TV play, thus officially entering the performing arts circle. In the same year, he played in the drama film "tea ceremony" directed by Jin Ping, in which he played Meng Le, a village doctor. This was his first film.
In 2006, he starred in Li Liqun, Wang Gang and Chen Hao's ancient court drama "the second eldest brother of the emperor", in which he played Ma Ming, a gambler. This is his first ancient costume drama.
In 2008, he acted in the drama who loves who, who loves who directed by Li Shan, playing the little boss of soybean milk shop in the play, and wrote many songs for the play.
In 2010, he acted in the revolutionary war drama "railway guerrillas 2" starring Zhao hengxuan, Liu Changchun and Shi LANYA, in which he played railway guerrilla Xiao Po.
