Li Shuhao: known as "brother Shuiji", he entered the literary and art circle in 76. He is now the leader of the actor team. He has performed large-scale dramas such as "marriage without missing", "temporary father" and "joy at the door". He is good at crosstalk performance and has won many awards. He has participated in the production of CCTV's TV series "South China case", "homeland", "Xia Yulai", "Xia Sheng biography" and a large number of comedy sketches Shooting, the actor in recent years, the performing arts continue to improve, persistent art, is an indispensable good actor, Chaoshan audience is familiar with and favorite star actor.
Character life
Li Shuhao: all the joys and sorrows are wonderful. Interview with a famous comedian in Chaoshan some people may not be familiar with Li Shuhao's name, but even fewer people know his many auras and titles. But when it comes to "brother Shuiji", it's a household name in Chaoshan area. Some people can even tell the roles of many of his sketches. In the early 1980s, he began to perform sketches. After 20 years of competition and training with many comedians and various styles of sketches, today's Li Shuhao's performance has become his own style and is loved and accepted by Chaoshan audience. Recently, on the recommendation of a friend, I visited Li Shuhao. His humor and humor made me sit in front of the TV and watch the one act performance of "brother Shuiji". In many people's minds, you are an outstanding "villain" in Chaoshan's performing industry, such as "garbage boy" in "hero saves beauty" and "tortoise, snake and dragon" in "Xia Yu Lai". Of course, you have also played many simple and lovely good people, such as "brother Shui" in "brother Shui sells vinegar" and "olive blessing" in "new 72 tenants". All of them are familiar to the audience It's a hilarious role. But in fact, drama and sketch show are only your part-time jobs. Your formal jobs are two different professions. What's the matter? Li Shuhao (hereinafter referred to as "Li"): there's nothing wrong with it. I'm not afraid to tell you that my official occupation is a funeral worker. "Making people cry during the day and make people laugh at night" is my best interpretation of my two occupations. After I joined the work, I worked in the catering industry for nearly 20 years. Finally, I felt that such a job was not suitable for me to give full play to my strong points, so I applied to the leadership and asked to be transferred to the funeral home. At that time, many people felt unreasonable. As a matter of fact, besides art, funeral work is also my specialty, because I used to have neighbors who specialized in helping people with funerals. After getting familiar with them, I learned this skill, so I often came to help with things in my spare time. It's funny when I think about it. At first, I was a little afraid because of psychological mischief. I crept when I dressed the dead in the shroud for fear of encountering the corpse, so I gradually got used to it. If obstetrics and gynecology is called the starting line of life, then the funeral home is the terminal of life. I feel honored to have this job. If there were no funeral workers, the society would not be complete!
The road of Art
Over the years, you have become a well-known Chaoshan comedian by creating vivid and humorous characters on the stage and screen of Chaoshan. How did you get on the road of art? Li: open the genealogy. It can be said that no one in our generations has been engaged in literature and art work, but my acting career is due to a crosstalk called "jiangtu and lintu". In 1976, I took the place of my father and worked in Shantou mansion. Shantou catering service company held a party that year, requiring all catering service departments to participate in rehearsal programs. Because I like singing and dancing when I was young, and I have a sense of humor in my life, the leader arranged for me and a colleague to rehearse a crosstalk called "jiangtu and lintu". At the party, my performance had a good response among the employees in the industry, and it was this performance that opened the prelude of my acting career. Soon, Lin Yunxi, director of Shantou Cultural Museum, came to me and invited me to participate in the amateur performance. In 1979, I was invited to Shantou radio station on Changping road. For the first time, I recorded my crosstalk "still a good" into a radio program. With the help of that thin fiber wire, the crosstalk I said spread to thousands of households in Shantou! Since then, every weekend, I have been invited to perform crosstalk programs for the masses at the workers' Cultural Palace. In my impression, you still have many aliases, such as Shuiji, Yanhu, etc. can you tell me the origin of these names? Li: my father is a restaurant waiter. When I was a baby, my father often used to get some chicken skin and toes from the kitchen to feed my mother. When I went home, my neighbors joked with my father and said, "your wife ate so many 'water chickens'. Don't give birth to a' water chicken 'in the future!" In addition, when I was a child, I liked to sleep on my stomach. Naturally, my family remembered the appearance of "water chicken", so the nickname "water chicken" was called by everyone. Even later in the audience all called me like this, instead of "forgetting" my real name Li Shuhao. In the early 1980s, Shantou red flag Drama Company staged a drama called "karma is right" in the urban area. I played the role of "Tuga boy", a little rascal. One of the highlights of the play was later adapted into a sketch, named hero saves beauty, which was recorded as a large VCD and released on the market. Some of the lines, such as "five two on the head, three on the chin, four two on the ear, four yuan off the ribs..." It is still talked about by people today. This is my first time on the screen. Later, I created a lot of works. Every time a sketch came out, some people directly called me by the names of the characters in the play, such as tortoise, snake and dragon, Yan tiger, garbage boy Do you think it's hard to be an actor or a funeral worker? Why did you refuse the recruitment of Quyi troupe? Li: many people only admire the scenery of the actors, but they don't know the hardships. When I just participated in the amateur performance, I often had to perform in the surrounding districts and counties, but the transportation was very underdeveloped. The performance conditions are poor. We often get off work at 5 p.m. and then we rush to the gate of Nanhai vocational middle school on Yuejin Road by bike. The car of the troupe takes us to the rural performance site. After the performance, we return to Shantou. When we go to bed, it's almost the Golden Rooster crowing. But curator Lin Yunxi told me that if the quyi troupe wants to recover, it's better for me to join in and give me a house. But I politely refused, because it was too hard. In fact, my present funeral work is not easy! is your talent for acting innate or acquired? Li: both. Humor is my nature. However, it's difficult for me to stand on the stage for a long time only because of this innate advantage and without hard work. It is said that to be a sketch actor, you must have "emergency talents". I believe you are the same. Can you tell me something about this? Li: there is a very interesting story about the production of two graduate students. There was a performance on the Red Pavilion stage. When the program was almost finished, there was still about half an hour to go before the end of the performance. The backstage leaders were so anxious that they asked me what I had to do. Thinking of a program I had seen, I told the comedian Cai Shanqiu the main idea and asked him to come on stage together to solve the problem of burning eyebrows. The host asked, what's the name of the program, Shanqiu thought about it and said casually, it's called "two graduate students". Maybe it's the tacit understanding of our long-term cooperation, maybe it's the "emergency talent". We not only carried the half-hour program, but also won the audience's warm applause. This crosstalk program has become our reserved program. It has been performed for nearly 20 years, often performed and listened to, and has always been loved by the audience. I remember another time when I was playing the sketch "the female tiger in the sedan chair", my opponent said the wrong lines and said, "my daughter is fat and white, weighing 120 Jin." My daughter is fat and white and weighs 160 Jin I immediately responded and changed my lines: "no one in your daughter dares to sleep with her. The bed will be crushed by her later." For a moment, the audience fell forward with laughter. It seems that the talent of Chaoshan skits is in a situation of shortage. Every major performance is performed by several famous actors in the city. What do you think of this phenomenon? Li: the reason is that there is a lack of themes in the sketches, the acting skills of the newcomers are not strong, and the new faces are hard to become the climate. In order to create works that audiences like to see and hear, our group of people often go deep into the grassroots and get along with the common people. Second, most of the current works are made up as language programs, and the emptiness of language is fatal. If the comedian hopes to win the audience a laugh with strange, vulgar, cheap and explicit language, and "make" a laugh for the sake of "funny", it will only make the audience like chewing wax, just like drinking a cup of boiled water. In my opinion, professional art colleges and art groups should speed up the pace of talent training and attach importance to the improvement of the quality of sketches. you are enthusiastic about public welfare and highly praised by people. In many public welfare performances, you can often be seen bringing laughter. Li: as a member of the society, it's a great pleasure to be able to actively participate in social public welfare activities, serve the society, and establish the spirit of dedication to serve the people. Therefore, I have participated in many charity, disaster relief and other public welfare performances, and I am proud of them. I heard that you were elected as a deputy to the 12th Shantou Municipal People's Congress at the beginning of the year. How do you view your identity and how do you perform this duty? Li: I feel a great responsibility. Although many people in the society only treat me as a sketch actor, when I attended the National People's Congress, I emphasized that I participated in politics as a funeral worker. Because of feudalism
