Tang Yuanzhi
Tang Yuanzhi (July 1, 1919 - 1999), born in Henan Province, is an actor in mainland China. In his early years, he was engaged in drama stage performance and accumulated a lot of performance experience.

Tang Yuanzhi studied in Wuchang Zhonghua University and graduated from film technology college,
In 1938, he joined Dagong troupe to perform the drama long live China.
In 1939, he performed the drama "one year" in Guilin, Guangxi. Later, he worked as an actor in China Art drama society, Shanghai drama society and new China drama society, and took part in the performances of "the true story of Ah Q" and "sunrise".
After the victory of the Anti Japanese War, he took part in the filming of "distant love" and "Rhapsody of happiness" in the second power plant of China.

In 1950, he was acting teacher and Dean of the Academic Affairs Section of the Institute of performing arts of the film Bureau of the Ministry of culture.
After 1956, he successively served as the director teacher of the performance course of Beijing Film Academy and the teaching and research group leader of the performing arts. He once presided over the performance teaching of the actor training class in Guangxi film studio, Zhujiang film studio and TV station, and concurrently served as the performance teacher of Beijing Dance school. He has played roles in the film "wilderness", "arc", "love of smoke and rain", TV series "four generations together" and "those five", and served as the artistic director of TV series "journey to the west". He has published articles such as "the relationship between actors and characters", "notes on performing arts" and so on.
In his early years, he was engaged in drama stage performance and accumulated a lot of performance experience. As early as 1947, he participated in the film shooting of "distant love" directed by Chen Liting, and then he took part in a lot of film shooting. Although most of them were not the main roles, his performance still added luster to the film and accumulated performance teaching experience.
