Lin Kunshan (1891-january 21, 1964) actor. Born in Hong Kong, Zhongshan, Guangdong. In his early years, he joined the mirage society to study drama. In 1926, he performed a new school of gongs and drums drama orphan's blood and tears, which won high praise and was invited to play the role of ugly student by Da Luotian troupe. In 1933, he turned into the film industry. He made his debut in "twist my ancestors" and later starred in several "hillbilly" films, such as "hillbilly's journey to the port", which is known as the "top comedian". In his later years, he also took part in broadcasting work, and took part in films such as the banquet of rich families and money.

From 1891 to January 21, 1964, when he was young, he loved drama and often took part in benefit shows. He was good at performing grey comedy and was highly praised. At first, he worked as an English teacher in Wanchai academy and Huangren Academy. In his spare time, he took part in "linlanghua drama club" and performed "civilized drama" (Fashion Cantonese Opera). In 1926, he gave up his teaching position and devoted himself to the performing arts industry. He set up his own "excellent vocal music Troupe" to participate in commercial performances and became famous at one stroke. Later, he also participated in Cantonese opera troupes such as "Da Luo Tian", "new scene" and "new China". He performed on the same stage with Ma Shizeng, a famous actor at that time. He first performed as a civil and military student, but later changed to an ugly one because of his vocal cords.

As a silent film "brother's crack" (March 1934), screen maiden was a leading film actor in Hong Kong before the Pacific War. Her representative works at that time included "poisonous rose" (30 years), "a lonely cold seed" (1938), "countryman's journey to the port" (1935) and "countryman's search for a son" (1936). After the war, she became a supporting actor and participated in more than 120 films in her life. Her posthumous work was "men and women" (1964). From 1950 to 1962, he began to host Cantonese opera for RTHK.

He died of lung disease in Guanghua hospital at 5 am on Tuesday, January 21, 1964. He was 73 years old. The body was buried in Tsuen Wan Chinese permanent cemetery at 3 pm on Wednesday, January 22.
