How did you stick to it when it was the most difficult time to start a business? How to innovate in the development of enterprises?
Qiao Lei: if you think about how to persist at that time, you can't even think about it, but you have to think about it. In April 2010, the company has been established for more than a year, but its performance has been unstable, most of which are unable to make ends meet. The monthly salary is more than 30000. I often borrow usury to pay employees. For entrepreneurs, "being alive" is the most important thing. However, most entrepreneurs will ignore this fatal point. At the beginning, they talk about ambition and strategy (not that they don't need strategy, but they have to decide according to the current situation). They have set up many departments, designed many jobs, and performed a lot of ostentation, but they don't consider how to survive. I made the same mistake as all entrepreneurs, so there was a big loophole in the funds in April. When we were preparing to build the company, all the money was collected from relatives and friends, and even the credit card was later emptied. At that time, we had the idea of death. I thought I couldn't finish it like this. I'm really not reconciled. In the evening, everyone left. I sat alone in the office and wept. That kind of helplessness, depression and sadness can only be realized by those who have experienced it. In the evening, I called my father to talk about my parents. My father recognized my sadness and asked for the reason. I simply stated the situation, because I generally don't like to share my troubles with my family. But when I was very sad, I wanted to hear the voice of my family and understand their situation. My father said with a long focus: child, it's OK, No, we'll come back to cultivate the land.
