Cui Gang
Cui Gang, Professor of Tsinghua University. He is also the director of the academic committee of the foreign language education research center of the national basic education research center and a member of the academic committee of the China Council of foreign language teaching.
Character experience
He was admitted to the Department of animal husbandry and medicine of Shandong Agricultural University in 1984, transferred to the Department of foreign languages of Qufu Normal University in 1985, and graduated from the University in 1988 with a bachelor's degree. He was admitted to the English Department of Beijing Institute of foreign languages in 1990 and graduated with a master's degree in 1993. He was admitted to Beijing Foreign Studies University in 1995 and graduated with a doctorate in 1998. from August 1988 to August 1990 and from March 1993 to August 1995, he successively served as assistant professor and associate professor of the basic Department of Shandong Agricultural University, engaged in College English teaching. He joined the Foreign Language Department of Tsinghua University in 1998 and was promoted to Professor in 2001. He was promoted to doctoral supervisor in 2006. During his stay in Tsinghua University, he served as the director of the foreign language training center of Tsinghua University, the director of the International English training center of Tsinghua University, and the assistant dean of the school of continuing education of Tsinghua University. He is now a professor and doctoral supervisor of Tsinghua University. He is also the director of the academic committee of the foreign language education research center of the national basic education research center and a member of the academic committee of the China Council of foreign language teaching.

Including English listening, comprehensive English, introduction to linguistics, syntax, psycholinguistics, neurolinguistics, English teaching theory and practice courses.
Main contributions
He has successively presided over and participated in scientific research projects including "one-stop English teaching reform in primary and secondary schools" (Ministry of Education), "Research on Key Technologies of distance education" (Ministry of Education), "China University Teacher English training (cute)" (in cooperation with Cambridge University and Warwick University, Chinese leader, British Higher Education Foundation Project), "theory and practice of primary school English teacher training mode" This paper introduces the current situation of English reading materials in China, including "practice" (Ministry of Education), "difficulty assessment system for English reading materials" (Tsinghua University Key Talents Project), "theoretical research on connectionist psycholinguistics" (Tsinghua University Humanities revitalization project), etc. Since 2001, he has been to Nottingham University, Cambridge University and Warwick University for cooperative research. In 2007, he was selected as a global scholar of ETS in the United States, and went to the ETS headquarters in Princeton to engage in cooperative research.
