Liu Xiaoguang

Liu Xiaoguang, male, Han nationality (February 1955 - January 16, 2017), born in Dingzhou, Hebei Province, joined the party in February 1974 and began to work in December 1970. He graduated from national economic planning and management major of Beijing Business University and is a senior economist. He was the party secretary and chairman of Beijing Capital Venture Group Co., Ltd.

On January 16, 2017, Liu Xiaoguang, former chairman of pioneer, died at the age of 62.

Liu Xiaoguang, a former Communist Party official and former chairman of the state-owned enterprise group, has three identities.

Appointment and removal information

On May 21, 2015, capital group held a meeting of leading cadres at or above the middle level of the group system, announcing the decision of Beijing Municipal Party committee and Beijing Municipal Government on adjusting the main leaders of capital group: Comrade Liu Xiaoguang will no longer serve as party secretary and chairman of Beijing Capital Venture Group Co., Ltd. due to his age.
