Life of the characters

Wang Simin (1908-1948), a native of xiwangjia village, Dalu Town, Dantu County, Jiangsu Province, went to Taixing as an apprentice at the age of 16. Two years later, he went home to work in the countryside because of the abuse of the shopkeeper. in 1938, he was the instructor of the self defense force of the commercial regiment of Dalu town. In September of the same year, the self defense force was reorganized into the spy company of the New Fourth Army. The leader of any platoon took part in the battle of SEIMA and Daqiao. in the 29th year of the Republic of China, he served as the deputy leader of the standing team of the Fifth District of the town. During the ambush of enemy cars in Ge Village and the encounter of Weijia village, he was resourceful and brave, charging to kill the enemy. In the spring of the next year, he was arrested and unyielding. After being released, he was ordered to sneak into the self defense forces of Dalu Town, providing a lot of information for the victory of the battle of Dalu and the struggle against "Qingxiang" in the 31 years of the Republic of China. He joined the Communist Party of China in the 32nd year of the Republic of China; from August to September in the 34th year of the Republic of China, he took part in the battle against Jianbi and Zhenjiang model prison. after the end of the Anti Japanese War, the new fourth army withdrew to the north and re entered the KMT's main road self defense force for covert struggle. At the end of the year, he went to Subei to report the enemy's situation and receive the task. in 1947, due to the exposure of his identity, he transferred the Zhenjiang County armed forces team. On the afternoon of November 22 of the next year, he went to Xiaoqiaotou to attend a meeting. He went to the east gate of Xunong and was surrounded by the Kuomintang traffic police forces. In the face of the strong enemy, Wang calmly responded and killed the enemy's monitor and soldier. Finally, because the enemy's guns and bullets were dense, the company hit several bullets and died in a heroic manner. The enemy cut off his head and hung all over the road, Yaoqiao, Yicheng and other places in an attempt to intimidate the masses. However, the cruelty of the enemy further aroused the broad masses of the people's indomitable struggle against the enemy.
