Early experience
Chen Peisi's native place is Ningjin County, Xingtai City, Hebei Province. His parents worked in Jilin Province. Chen Peisi was born in Nong'an County, Changchun City in 1954. Chen Peisi is the second son of his family. When he was 15 years old, because of the arrival of the cultural revolution, his father Chen Qiang was beaten into a gang. Chen Peisi also went to the countryside with his father to jump in the queue in Inner Mongolia. He spent four years in the Construction Corps in the desert area.
