Wu Xingguo

Wu Xingguo, male, Han nationality, born in Linli, Hunan Province, was born in October 1972. He began to work in December 1992. He is a member of the Communist Party of China and has a bachelor's degree.

At present, he is the Secretary of the Party committee of Xihu administrative district, Changde City, Hunan Province.

From December 1992 to August 1993, he studied in linli people's hospital;

From August 1993 to March 1995, he worked in Chengguan town health center of linli County;

From March 1995 to December 1997, he worked in Environmental Protection Bureau of linli County;

From January 1998 to November 2003, he worked in the office of linli County Party committee, among which he was the deputy director of the office of linli County Party committee in March 2002 (from August 2001 to December 2003, he graduated from the correspondence undergraduate law major of the Central Party School);

From November 2003 to December 2005, he served as deputy director of Changde Municipal Party committee office;

From December 2005 to October 2010, he served as the deputy director and director of the general investigation office of Changde Municipal Party committee office, including the chief staff member in April 2007 and the director of the comprehensive investigation office in November 2009;

From October 2010 to September 2015, he served as deputy department level discipline inspector of the Political Research Office of Changde Municipal Party committee;

He served as Deputy Secretary General of Changde Municipal Party committee from September 2015 to December 2017, and concurrently served as director of the Political Research Office of Changde Municipal Party committee from August 2016 to November 2017;

From December 2017 to August 2020, he served as Deputy Secretary of Anxiang county Party committee.
