Luo Hong
Luo Hong, male, graduated from the Central Academy of Arts and crafts in 1992. He is now an associate professor of the school of design, Guangxi Academy of art, a member of the fiber art committee of China Arts and Crafts Association, and a member of Guangxi Artists Association.
Representative works
As the main director of the scientific research project of Guangxi Ethnic ASEAN gifts and tourism crafts teaching and development project and the college level higher education teaching reform project of Guangxi ethnic pattern art elements and modern fiber art design integration teaching and research project. Fiber works are shortlisted in the 3rd, 4th and 5th International Fiber Art Biennale from Lausanne to Beijing. The work "spring breeze discourse" won the excellent award of the 4th International Fiber Art Biennale from Lausanne to Beijing (Suzhou exhibition year); fiber art work "source" was selected in the 3rd International Fiber Art Biennale from Lausanne to Beijing (Shanghai Exhibition year) and the 1st China Fiber Art Biennale Modern arts and crafts exhibition; fiber art work "magnificent song for a long time" was selected into the second China modern arts and crafts exhibition; Chinese painting work "mountain green and wild geese singing" won the outstanding award of Guangxi art exhibition celebrating the 55th anniversary of the founding of the people's Republic of China; Chinese painting work "a touch of spring, mountain like green" was selected into the second Guangxi youth art exhibition sponsored by Guangxi Art Association. "Taking aesthetic creation as the core to improve the quality of pattern teaching" won the third prize of teaching achievement awarded by Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region Education Committee.
