Deng hanqiang, founder of star picking Pavilion, senior Hong Kong filmmaker, University of Hong Kong (academician of the Academy of Social Sciences) and City University of Hong Kong (Master of Arts), has worked as assistant director, coordinator, planner, screenwriter, editor and director for many Chinese and foreign films. He is very familiar with the whole production process and creative balance. He has served as vice president of film business of Tianying Entertainment Co., Ltd. and director of Hong Kong Anle film company. He is currently a member of the industry advisory panel of the Hong Kong Film Development Council and an invited executive member of the Hong Kong Film Writers Association.
