Shi Yihong

Shi Yihong (formerly known as Shi Min), female, Gong Dan, is a member of the Mei School of Shanghai Peking Opera Theater. She is a national first-class actor and vice president of Shanghai Dramatist Association.

Shi Yihong graduated from the first graduate class of outstanding young Chinese Peking Opera actors in 1999. After that, he devoted himself to the study of Mei school art founded by Mei Lanfang, a master of Peking Opera, and participated in the creation of many new Peking Opera operas. He became a new generation of Peking Opera actors with distinctive style and characteristics of the times.
