Ding Qiang

Ding Qiang, male, Han nationality, was born in September 1969 in Wuhan, Hubei Province. He started work in July 1994 and joined the Communist Party of China in April 2002. Ph.D. graduate, graduated from the University of Hong Kong in civil engineering.
