Luo Bin

Luo Bin (1915-1994) was born in baikou village, longyuankou Town, Yongxin County, Jiangxi Province. He joined the Communist Youth League of China in 1927. He joined the Red Army of workers and peasants in 1928. In 1929, he was transferred from the Youth League to the Communist Party of China.

Life figures

During the Agrarian Revolutionary War, he served as the commander of the 50th regiment of the 17th division of the sixth Red Army Corps, the deputy political commissar of the Longyong independent regiment of the Hunan Hubei Sichuan Guizhou military region, and the chief of the propaganda section of the Political Department of the model division of the sixth Red Army Corps. Took part in the long march. During the Anti Japanese War, he served as a political commissar of the first independent regiment of the 358 brigade of the 120th division of the Eighth Route Army, a teacher of the seventh branch of the Chinese people's Anti Japanese military and Political University, a political commissar of the 19th detachment of the Sixth Army division of the Jin Sui military region, a commander of the Fifth Army division, a brigade commander of the 14th independent brigade, and a division commander of the 23rd division of the North China military region.
