Yang Jing (Mongolian Name: delegeerma), a native of keguhou banner, Zhelimu League, Inner Mongolia, is of Mongolian nationality. College degree. He is a film performing artist, a member of China Film Association, a member of China Drama Association, an honorary director of film performance society, a director of China Film Foundation, and a director of Beijing Youth Education Association.

He graduated from Shenyang tongshantang midwife school in 1944. After the victory of the Anti Japanese War, he worked as a midwife in the cooperative Hospital of Hulunbuir provincial government.
