Jiang Jun, male, born in October 1963, is a doctor, professor and doctoral supervisor. At present, he is a member of General Mechanics Committee of Chinese society of mechanics, vice chairman of nonlinear vibration Committee of Chinese society of vibration engineering, executive director of Shaanxi society of vibration engineering, editorial board member of engineering mechanics, Journal of applied mechanics, Journal of Xi'an Jiaotong University and ijdc. Professor, State Key Laboratory of mechanical structure strength and vibration, Xi'an Jiaotong University.

Character experience

In 1985, he obtained his bachelor's degree in engineering mechanics of Xi'an Jiaotong University; in 1988, he obtained his master's degree in engineering mechanics of Xi'an Jiaotong University; in 2001, he obtained his doctor's degree in mechanical engineering of Essen University; in 1996-1997, he was a visiting scholar in Mechanical Research Institute of Mechanical Engineering Department of Essen University; in 2001-2002, he was a research scholar of German Research Foundation (DFG).

Research direction

Nonlinear dynamics, bifurcation and chaos and global analysis; application of nonlinear dynamics theory in biology and Engineering Science; adaptive structure and its control theory; structural and mechanical dynamics; coupled vibration, etc.

Main contributions

He has presided over and participated in 6 key and general projects of NSFC, 4 "863" and national key projects, and 1 "excellent young teachers funding program" of Ministry of education. More than 50 papers have been published in international and domestic journals.

Award winning record

He has won one second prize of science and technology progress award of the Ministry of education, one second prize of National Natural Science Award nominated by the Ministry of education, and one third prize of science and technology progress award of the Ministry of education and Shaanxi Province.
