Zhu Hui
Zhu Hui, male, Han nationality, was born in January 1962 in Hulan, Heilongjiang Province. He started work in August 1981 and joined the Communist Party of China in December 1984. He once served as secretary of Hulan District Party committee of Harbin City and Secretary of Working Committee of Limin development zone.
In June 2019, he was suspected of serious violation of laws and regulations, and acted as an umbrella for criminal organization. He received disciplinary review and supervision investigation. In October 2019, he was expelled from the party and public office for serious violation of discipline and law.
