Wang Pengcheng has been engaged in middle school Chinese teaching and media reporter work in Shaanxi and Zhejiang. He has been teaching in the Chinese Department of Xianyang Normal University since August 2006 and engaged in postdoctoral research in the center for Chinese New Literature of Nanjing University since April 2012. Since September 2014, he has been teaching in the College of Arts, Northwest University.

Wang Pengcheng, born in December 1954 in tumetzuoqi, Inner Mongolia, university culture, member of Inner Mongolia TUZUOQI Banner Party school, senior lecturer, director of Inner Mongolia society of science and society, member of Inner Mongolia philosophy society, director of Hohhot united front theory society. He has been engaged in the teaching work of the Party School of Qi county for a long time, accumulated rich teaching experience in teaching practice, and made great contributions to the cadre training work of Shangzuo banner. His achievements have been unanimously affirmed by leaders at all levels and students at all levels. In 1999, he was rated as the excellent teacher of Hohhot Party school system in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. He has been invited to participate in four national theoretical seminars, four regional theoretical seminars and four municipal theoretical seminars. At the national, regional and city wide theoretical seminars, he was appointed to speak at the conference.

Main works

He has successively participated in three books: Chinese traditional thought (co-author, Petroleum University Press), value basis and function of Marxist Philosophy (deputy editor in chief, published by Shandong people's Publishing House), and marketing strategy (deputy editor in chief, published by ocean Publishing House). As of 2012, 12 papers have been published, including 3 at national level, 6 at provincial level and 3 at municipal level. A preliminary study of distribution is a paper submitted to the first National Theoretical Seminar in 1993. After the meeting, the main ideas of the article were selected and reported in theory monthly sponsored by Hubei Social Science Association and economic intelligence sponsored by Central South University of Finance and economics. The article won the fourth prize in the activity of "report from the front line of reform and opening up", and was included in the book "report from the front line of reform and opening up", which was published by Red Flag Publishing House in October 1993; "Deng Xiaoping theory is the Marxism of contemporary China" won the first prize of excellent scientific research achievements at the municipal level; "problems and Countermeasures in the allocation of enterprise management talents" was published in After the publication of the 7th issue of "party building and talents" in 1998, it caused great social repercussions.
