Cai Pengfei, born in Xinjiang on March 2, 1987, is an actor of film and television in mainland China. He graduated from the performance Department of grade 06 of Shanghai Academy of drama.

In 2011, he was invited by director Guan Jinpeng to take part in the film "with heartbeat", and officially moved to the film and television industry. In 2012, he cooperated with Guan Jinpeng for the second time. In 2015, he joined hands with Guan Jinpeng for three times in "this is it" and guest starred in "eight women in a play". In 2018, he played Qin Haitao in the TV series river.
