Li Xiaozhou

Li Xiaozhou, male, Han nationality, born in September 1962, began to work in July 1984 and joined the Communist Party of China in January 1987. He was Secretary of the Party committee and director of Fuyang Civil Aviation Administration.

In June 2018, he was expelled from the party and removed from office for suspected serious violations of discipline and law.

Case review

On June 5, 2018, according to the news of Fuyang Municipal Commission for Discipline Inspection and supervision: with the approval of Fuyang Municipal Commission for Discipline Inspection and supervision, Fuyang Municipal Commission for Discipline Inspection and supervision put Li Xiaozhou, former Secretary of the Party committee and director of Fuyang Civil Aviation Administration, on file for examination for serious discipline violations.

According to the investigation, Li Xiaozhou violated the organizational discipline and did not truthfully report the personal related matters; violated the law and decided the major matters of the unit; took advantage of his position to seek benefits for others and accept other people's property; and reimbursed the expenses that should be borne by the individual from the unit.

In accordance with the regulations of the Communist Party of China on disciplinary measures and other relevant provisions, the supervision committee meeting of Fuyang Commission for Discipline Inspection studied and reported to Fuyang municipal Party Committee for approval. It was decided that Li Xiaozhou would be expelled from the party and removed from his post, and he would be demoted from the leading post at the department level to the post at the section level, and his income from discipline violation would be collected.
