Wang Xin, born in Panshi, Jilin Province in 1916, graduated from Nanjing Central Military Academy. Member of the Second Council of the national Huangpu Military Academy Alumni Association.

Life of the characters

In September 1935, he graduated from the 12th Military College of Nanjing Central Military Academy. After graduating in 1938, he went to Yan'an Anti Japanese military and Political University to study. In June of the same year, he joined the Communist Party of China. He has successively served as the military instructor of the third brigade of the general school of the Anti Japanese university, the staff officer of the education section of the headquarters of the Shanxi Chahar Hebei military region, the leader of the teaching brigade of the fifth division of the Shanxi Chahar Hebei military region, the head of the training section of the headquarters of the Third Army region, and the acting chief of staff of the 42nd regiment. Since 1943, he has been the leader of the teaching brigade of the headquarters of the Jijin military region. Since 1945, he has been deputy head of the 21st regiment of the seventh division of the Eighth Route Army of Shandong Province, head of the 54th regiment of the sixth column of the Northeast Field Army, and deputy head of the military department of the Songjiang provincial Party committee. Since 1949, he has been chief of staff of the 163 division of the Northeast military region and deputy director of the military training division of the headquarters of the Northeast military region. Since the winter of 1953, he has been deputy chief of staff of Liaodong Military Region Headquarters, director of military service of Liaoning military region, and commander of Shenyang Military Region. Since 1964, he has been the commander and party secretary of Shenyang police district. In 1982, he left his post and later transferred to the vice chairman of Shenyang Municipal Committee of the Chinese people's Political Consultative Conference, vice president of Huangpu Military Academy Alumni Association in Shenyang (three northeast provinces), President of Huangpu Military Academy Alumni Association in Liaoning Province and director of national Huangpu Military Academy Alumni Association. In December 1997, he was elected to the second board of directors of the national Huangpu Military Academy Alumni Association.
