Xu He, male, Han nationality, from Fengshun County, Guangdong Province, was born in June 1960 and graduated from RTVU University. He started work in November 1978 and joined the Communist Party of China in March 1983.

Currently, he is a member of the Standing Committee of Chaozhou municipal Party committee, head of the United Front Work Department, and Deputy Secretary of the Party group of the municipal CPPCC.
