Wang pin
Wang pin, a grand master of chess, was born in Shanghai in 1974. He began to learn chess at the age of 9 and won the champion of Shanghai Children's competition in 1984. In 1990, 1991, 1993, 1994, 1995 and 1996, she won the national team championship for six times. In 2002, she won the women's championship in the national individual chess championship.

Personal achievement
On September 14, 2002, Wang pin of Shanghai team played in the women's group of the National Chess Championship in Qinhuangdao, Hebei Province. On the same day, Wang pin of Shanghai team beat Gu Xiaobing of Jiangsu team 3-1 to win the women's group championship, and Gu Xiaobing came second. on May 21, 2004, the 2004 World Women's Chess Championship opened in Elista, the capital of the Russian Republic of karmec.
