On October 3, 2015, the Independent Film Paradise corner directed by Chinese director Zhang miaoyan premiered during the 19th Pusan International Film Festival. The film has been shortlisted in the window of Asian film unit, and was funded by the Asian Film Foundation in the project market of Busan Film Festival in 2012. Director Zhang miaoyan also attended the post screening meeting to have a close communication with the audience. This is the third feature film directed by Zhang miaoyan. It is adapted from a true story. It tells the story of a country boy's way to find his mother. All he has is a letter without address sent by his mother. On the lonely way to find his mother, he meets all kinds of people and is kidnapped and cheated, but he never finds his mother. Director Zhang miaoyan said that he was very moved to hear the story for the first time, so he wanted to film it for everyone. "Corner of heaven" continues the black-and-white image and hand-held photography style directed by Zhang miaoyan, just like his previous "black blood". Director Zhang miaoyan said: "I think black-and-white movies are the most simple and my favorite, and they are very consistent with the story atmosphere of the movie. Hand shaking is the most real way to show the protagonist's subjective perspective to find and feel the world. The composition of the picture is very simple, and the shaking picture is also an expression of realism. " However, some viewers mentioned that they do feel dizzy and uncomfortable in the process of watching the film. The director also said that some devices to prevent excessive shaking will be used next time, and post production will be strengthened. the leading role of the film is an 11 year old boy. The director said that it took him two weeks to find the leading role in the village at that time. "He was the only child in the village who had leisure to make movies at that time, and also happened to be the right actor for my film. But in the middle of the shooting, he felt that he was already a star, and he often refused my direction request. We often fought, but fortunately, I always won Director Zhang also said that it's too hard to make a movie with children as the protagonist, and he doesn't want to do it again if he doesn't have to. As for the next plan, director Zhang miaoyan said that he would make a color film with the theme of sex, hoping to come back to Busan International Film Festival.
