Zhang Huizhong
Zhang Huizhong, born in Faku County, Shenyang City, Liaoning Province in 1949, is a male film director in mainland China.
In 1969, he joined the propaganda team of Mao Zedong Thought and literature in Faku County. Later, he became a member of the county troupe, acting as an actor and director. In 1978, he was transferred to Tieling dialect troupe and folk art troupe as deputy head and director. He graduated from the director training class of Central Academy of drama in 1983 and is now a secondary director of Liaoning TV drama production center.
Personal experience
Zhang Huizhong, born in 1949, worked as an actor and director in Faku County drama troupe in 1969. He was transferred to Tieling dialect drama troupe in 1978. He is the deputy head and director of folk art troupe. He is now a first-class director of Liaoning TV drama production center, a native of Faku County, and a part-time teacher of Benshan Art College of Liaoning University. The sketch directed by him is the most popular program in CCTV Spring Festival Gala over the years.
Many films and TV plays directed by him, such as "beyond the village" and "director of men and women", have won international and domestic awards. The style of his directing works is unique, with strong flavor of life and local characteristics.

In 1987, the TV drama "New Year's Day 1" directed by the director won the first "Golden Tiger Award" of the three eastern provinces, the seventh "flying sky Award" of the national TV drama, and the seventh "PERT Award" of the Australian International TV Festival; in 1988, the drama TV drama "double knock on the door" directed by the director won the "Golden Tiger Award" of Liaoning Province, the second "Golden Tiger Award" of the three eastern provinces, and the "Golden Triangle Award" of the third national drama competition;
