Yang Shunqing (1915-1990), male, from Yangmei Town, Chongyi County, Jiangxi Province, was born in 1915. He joined the Chinese workers' and peasants' Red Army in August 1931. He retired in 1981 and died of illness on January 26, 1990. He was 75 years old.
Life of the characters
From August 1931 to 1941, he successively served as the commander of the independent regiment of the Red Army guerrillas, the commander of the 12th independent division of the Red Army, the monitor and commander of the Third Battalion of the 52nd regiment of the 18th division of the 6th Red Army, the instructor of the 26th regiment, the commander of the Military Academy of the 8th Route Army, the commander of the third company of the Secret Service Regiment of the 129th division, and the deputy chief of the first logistics section of the front headquarters of the 8th Route Army. From July to October 1945, he lost contact with the army due to injuries. In August 1949, he served as company commander of Chongyi brigade. In 1935, he crossed the Wujiang River and made great achievements. In September 1935, he made great achievements in the battle of Songtao, an independent division in Hunan, Hubei, Sichuan and Guizhou.
