Jiang Zhigang

Jiang Zhigang

Jiang Zhigang, male, Han nationality, was born in August 1960 in Donghai, Jiangsu Province. He joined the Communist Party of China in August 1986 and began to work in July 1982. He graduated from Beijing Institute of Aeronautics, majoring in high altitude equipment and management engineering of Northwest Polytechnic University, with a university degree, a master of engineering and a senior engineer of researcher level. He once served as Deputy Secretary of the Party committee of Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region, Secretary of Yinchuan municipal Party committee, and President of the Party School of Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region.

He is now an alternate member of the 19th CPC Central Committee.

Appointment and removal

In January 2021, Ningxia news network updated that Jiang Zhigang was no longer the leader of the Party committee of Ningxia Autonomous Region.

In January 2021, Jiang Zhigang, the representative of the 12th people's Congress of the autonomous region elected by Yinchuan City, was transferred from Yinchuan. According to the relevant provisions of the representative law, Jiang Zhigang's qualification as a representative is terminated by himself.
