Guan Dexing

Guan Dexing (June 27, 1905 - June 1996), Hong Kong Film and television actor. Originally from Kaiping, Guangdong, born in Guangzhou. At the age of 13, he went to Singapore to work and study drama.

In 1932, he starred in San Francisco, USA in the movie "the love wave of song lovers". He was wanted to return to China to join the Anti Japanese movement. In 1935, he starred in the song of yesterday in Hong Kong. In 1937, he went to the United States to star in the film. After 1947, he starred in more than 130 Cantonese films in hehe, Lingxing and other film companies. He is a Shaolin martial artist. He is well-known for his 87 episodes of biographical films of martial artist Huang Feihong. In 1976, he shot the TV series Huang Feihong on TVB. Life of the characters

Born in Guangzhou in 1905, his ancestral home is Chikan Town, Kaiping City, Guangdong Province. Born in a poor family, he ranks second. His father died of illness in his early years. In 1935, he starred in Song of yesterday. During the Anti Japanese war against Japan, he participated in organizing Cantonese opera troupes to perform in Guangdong, Guangxi, Hunan and other places. He also performed with Bai Ju Rong, Hu dieying, Feng Jinghua and others in Puqing theater to carry out Anti Japanese propaganda and sympathize with the army. Later, he traveled around the United States to raise money to support the Anti Japanese War, so he was known as a patriotic artist. In the 1950s, he organized the "Guan Dexing opera company", and later changed to Dieda as a medical profession, with film as a sideline.

In 1952, he opened the Kwan Tak Hing pharmacy in King's road, Hong Kong, specializing in Dieda rheumatic drugs.

In 1953, Guan Dexing was invited to work as a martial arts coach at the Peli gugang guild in Malay Peninsula, which was still a British colony at that time. He taught Chinese martial arts for four years.

In 1970s, baozhilin pharmacy Bureau was set up in Hong Kong. In Cantonese opera, he is good at performing Guan Yunchang. He is meticulous in opening his face, and is good at throwing rope and pulling bow. Wandering

Since his childhood, Guan Dexing loved to watch drama, and it was his wish to be an actor. When he was 13 years old, he crossed the sea with a group of children from poor families. He wanted to go to "dig gold". He first went to Hong Kong and then moved to Singapore. When they arrived in Singapore, they were stopped. At that time, under the rule of the British, foreign visitors were required to go to yushushan first. Only when the master is happy can he teach his disciples slowly. Guan Dexing did a good job in all these. He liked his master and taught him martial arts, even some unique skills.

Learning from teachers

When he was 16 years old, Guan Dexing had already accomplished his studies. When his master wanted to go to the United States, he went to Guangzhou to participate in the "red boat class" and often performed in the countryside. Later, in order to further study the quyi of Cantonese opera, he took Xiaowu liangyuanheng as his teacher. At the beginning, he was still a "Dragon Runner" on the stage, unable to open his voice. Soon after, Guan Dexing was transferred to a troupe called "Happy New Year". It was a giant troupe in Hong Kong and Macao. Acting career

In 1932, Guan Dexing was invited to perform in the United States by the Great China theater in San Francisco. He also visited Hollywood studios with famous directors Guan Wenqing and Zhao Shufan, and became interested in movies. At that time, there was just the rise of audio film, so Guan Wenqing and Zhao Shufan invited him to star in the audio film "singing girl love tide". This is the first audio film made by Chinese directors and actors in the United States. Later, it was shown in Hong Kong and Guangzhou for three months.

In 1934, when Guan Dexing left the United States and returned to Hong Kong, he saw that "Love wave of singing girls" was so popular that he immediately started shooting his second film "song of yesterday" starring him, followed by the third film "Cange". In the same year, Guan Dexing also formed a new mainland troupe of Cantonese opera troupe with his own interest. During his stay in the United States, he was deeply influenced by Europe and the United States. When he came back, he boldly innovated and auditioned "fashion Cantonese Opera". Anti Japanese activities
