Zhang huaiwu
Zhang huaiwu, male, born in September 1959 in Western Shaanxi, is a doctor, professor and doctoral supervisor. He is the winner of national fund for Distinguished Young Scholars, the leader of innovation group of National Natural Science Foundation of China, the chief scientist of national 973, the national excellent teacher, and the winner of Sichuan innovation talent award. As the chief scientist, he has undertaken two mega projects, namely "code XXX", National Natural Science major projects, key projects and national 973 and 863 projects. It has won one second prize of national science and technology progress award, one second prize of National Technology Invention Award, one international science and engineering Honor Award, four first prizes of provincial and ministerial science and technology progress award, six second prizes and 11 third prizes. There are 41 invention patents in China. Based on the combined development of materials, components and systems, we have successively developed practical high frequency composite dual sex EMI materials and integrated LTCC / LTCF series products. These research achievements have been transferred to many enterprises. Two of them have achieved great benefits (creating an output value of more than 800 million yuan).
