Wang Shiqing
Wang Shiqing was born in a civil and military family in Shenyang in 1956. After graduating from Beizhen high school, he was admitted to the coal cadre school to study coal research. Later, he taught himself, and was admitted to Liaoning University as an undergraduate and studied Japanese literature. On March 3, 2008, Wang Shiqing won the title in Los Angeles, becoming one of the only Chinese generals in the United States. The reason why Wang Shiqing was recognized by the US military and promoted to the rank of major general is that he devoted himself to spreading Chinese martial arts.
Educational experience

In 1991, he came to the University of Louisville Conservatory of music to study vocal music. Later, he studied sports psychology and martial arts theory. Wang Shiqing received his doctorate in martial arts and Oriental medicine.
Foreign development
Later, he opened Wang Shiqing Martial Arts General hall and martial arts academy in Los Angeles to spread Chinese martial arts. Wang Shiqing has been practicing martial arts since he was eight years old. He has won provincial martial arts champion, national martial arts champion and international martial arts champion for more than 60 times, including 34 world-class martial arts champions and trained more than 70 international martial arts champions. On March 3, 2008, Wang Shiqing won the title in Los Angeles, becoming one of the only Chinese generals in the United States. The reason why Wang Shiqing was recognized by the US military and promoted to the rank of major general is that he devoted himself to spreading Chinese martial arts. In the past 20 years, he has trained a large number of talents for the U.S. military and police circles. Capture and combat, hand to hand combat, arrest, self-defense, and survival in the wild are all the contents he teaches. Some military and police groups come to concentrate on training, while others come to study. It is precisely because of this relationship that he is valued by the US military. Whenever a Chinese national leader visits Los Angeles, he often appears as the person in charge of order and security.
Honors
He also served as vice president of the International Wushu Federation, chairman of the American Wushu Association, honorary chairman of Liaoning Province and Shenyang Wushu Association, President of northeast California fellow townspeople Association, honorary citizen of Shenyang City, honorary chairman of Liaoning Overseas Chinese Federation, etc. Wang Shiqing hopes that through his own efforts and achievements, Westerners can learn more about Chinese culture, respect Chinese culture, and contribute to the communication between Chinese Americans and other ethnic groups and the exchanges between China and the United States.
