Chen Han, male, born in August 1931, graduated from Peking Union Medical College, is a famous expert in hepatobiliary surgery in China. At present, he is the second grade professor and doctoral supervisor of Dongfang Hepatobiliary Hospital of the Second Military Medical University, the head of hepatobiliary surgery group of Surgical Society of Chinese Medical Association, the vice chairman of hepatoma Committee of Chinese Anti Cancer Association, the standing member of China Cancer Foundation Research Association, the deputy chief editor of Journal of hepatobiliary surgery, Chinese Journal of hepatobiliary surgery, Chinese Journal of general surgery and Journal of hepatobiliary pancreas and spleen 》Editorial board members of more than 10 academic journals at home and abroad.

Since the early 1960s, he has been involved in making liver specimens, intermittent hepatectomy under normal temperature, middle lobe hepatectomy, resection of giant hepatic cavernous hemangioma (weighing 15kg), resection of caudate lobe of liver, resection of giant hepatic tumor, and liver transplantation.
