Wang Xuefeng was born in 1963. In 1987, he graduated from NORTHWEST UNIVERSITY FOR NATIONALITIES (formerly Northwest Institute for Nationalities) with a bachelor's degree. At present, he is the director of China Art Association, member of National Art Committee of China Art Association, vice chairman of Ningxia Federation of literary and art circles, chairman and Secretary General of Ningxia Art Association, master's tutor of School of design and art of Northern University for nationalities, and national first-class artist. His works have participated in various national art exhibitions for many times and have been collected by many domestic art museums and institutions in Britain, France and other countries
