Qin Tian
Qin Tian, male, born in Hongan, Hubei Province in 1957, graduated from Shijiazhuang advanced Infantry School (now Shijiazhuang Army Command College) and joined the army in 1973.
He was once a member of the Standing Committee of the CPC Committee and deputy commander of the Chinese people's armed police force.
