Liu Liangjun, also known as Qian Guang, is a senior economist. Male, born in March 1929 in zhenwuqiang, Fenghuo Township, linli County, Hunan Province. He is a member of the Communist Party of China. Graduated from Economics Department of Nanjing University.
He once worked in the former North China Metallurgical Mine Construction Company (now renamed as China North China Metallurgical Construction Company), and now retired. After graduation, he was assigned to the infrastructure planning department of Anshan Iron and steel company. In 1956, he was transferred to the second Metallurgical Construction Company of the Ministry of metallurgy of Baotou City, and worked for Baotou Steel for 20 years. During this period, he studied at night University of Baotou Iron and Steel Institute for 6 years, majoring in "work and civil architecture" and graduated. In October 1976, he transferred the construction of the North China mine in Handan, Hebei Province. He was a member of Handan economic society. After retirement, he was employed by the quota station of Handan Construction Committee to assist in his work. He also taught budget and quota in Handan University. After that, he was employed by the Economic Department of Beijing xinzhongshi development company for three years, and assisted in reviewing and compiling the project budget in Beijing Weston design company and Handan thermal power plant. The textbook "basic knowledge of construction budget" has been compiled; the development papers include "the price of construction products must be reformed" (won the third prize of soliciting papers, reprinted in the economic reference daily), "on the control of project cost and the price of construction products", etc.
