Lei Han (1902-1953) was named Shenghao. He was born in taipingwu village, ShangXu County, Fujian Province in February. When I was young, I studied with my father in Hangzhou Meihua middle school.
Life of the characters
In 1919, he entered the work study program to study in France. After two years of high school in Lyon, France, I was admitted to Lille University.
After being awarded civil engineer in 1925, he was recommended to Paris University to study advanced electricity. A year later, he returned to Lille university to specialize in Herzberg research.
In the winter of 1927, he returned to China and was not employed, so he left his specialty to teach mathematics and physics in University.
In the summer of 1928, he was once appointed as an engineer of Nanjing Public Works Bureau. He once designed the Nanjing trolley bus and submitted its implementation plan to the higher authorities. He was not approved for a long time, so he went to China public school as a professor and engaged in physics and mathematics all his life.
From 1931 to 1949, he taught advanced mathematics and physics in Wuhan University, Guanghua University, Guangxi University and Anhui University, and served as the head of department and Dean of Science College of Anhui University.
In the summer of 1939, during the treatment of gastrointestinal diseases in Shanghai, he happily accepted the invitation of Beijing Normal University and went to Beijing Normal University as a professor in October.
On the national day of 1951, he wrote to Chairman Mao Zedong to express his love for Chairman Mao Zedong, the Communist Party and new China, and his determination to do his best for the people's cause of science and education. He soon received a personal reply from Chairman Mao Zedong.
In the summer of 1952, he was interviewed by Qiu Lin of Guangming Daily at Beijing Normal University. Qiu published an article entitled "interview with Professor Lei Han who won Chairman Mao's reply in person -- Chairman Mao's concern for Professor Lei Han is his concern for educators all over the country". Death
In December 1953, he died of cancer and died at the age of 51.
