Mr. Li Shaohua graduated from Daqing Petroleum Institute and obtained a master's degree in Business Administration from Murdoch University in Australia. He is now the deputy general manager of an energy company in China. Mr. Li Shaohua has been appointed as an independent non-executive director and a member of the audit committee, corporate governance committee, remuneration committee and Nomination Committee of the board of directors of China financial holding investment group limited with effect from January 2, 2015. He was appointed Executive Director and chief executive officer of Weifa International Group Co., Ltd. on February 21, 2019.
