(1917-1997), formerly known as Zhou Zhixian, was born in Xiashan, Chaoyang, Guangdong Province. He is good at all kinds of calligraphic styles and is famous for his official script. In his childhood, Zhouzi was a teacher of fan Jiaju, a Jinshi in the late Qing Dynasty. He devoted himself to the study and creation of calligraphy. He started from Qin and Han Dynasties and went back to Qing Dynasty. He studied the ancient but did not dwell on the ancient. In particular, Li calligraphy has the style of Sanshi plate and shigu script, which is quite interesting.
After the liberation of Zhou Zi, he specialized in the propaganda work of the gallery of the people's Bank of China. The gallery was full of pictures and lively, attracting countless readers, and became a scenic spot of Shantou literature and art at that time. Zhou Zi devoted himself to calligraphy creation for a long time and wrote countless calligraphy works in his life. His works have participated in all levels of book exhibitions for many times and won wide praise. He has published selected works of Zhouzi calligraphy.
